Nollur is a farm in the Eyafjord 30 kilometers north of Akureyri. It is only a short distance to the famous church of Laufas which means leaf hill in icelandic. The name Nollur itself comes from the situation of the farm on a rock hill. These rocks are actually not visible from the street, but from the sea.
