The Laugaland house features traditional Icelandic architecture with grass on the roofs. It has a modern design in black exposed concrete, lots of solid oak wood and an interesting floor plan. The interior has been carefully planned. Features include a fantastic, fully equipped solid wood kitchen, a hot tub with sea views, half of which is open to the sky, and an audiophile stereo system with a library of over 20,000 tracks. In addition to the heated garage, the house’s upscale amenities include its own laundry room. The old Laugaland house used to stand on this plot, but unfortunately it could not be renovated and was therefore replaced with two modern houses. The house has just been completed. The pictures are being updated continuously.
